THE ROLE

We are seeking a hands-on, entrepreneurial Director of Engineering to lead the development of technology solutions that power our claims ecosystem. This is not a passive management role—this is your opportunity to shape the architecture, build a team, and drive transformative initiatives in a greenfield environment.
You’ll report directly to leadership and be responsible for both strategic technical direction and day-to-day execution. You’ll have autonomy to influence the stack, build AI-enabled tools, and create systems that drive real value in the insurance space.
