Title: Director of Enrollment Management

Reports to: Head of School
Supervises: Enrollment and Community Relations Manager
Key partners: Head of School, Director of Marketing and Communications, principals, Director of Finance and Operations, Director of Development, Advancement Services, Parents Association
Interfaces with: students, families, staff, DEIB Coordinator, consultants, and service providers
Term of contract: Full-time, continuing contract
Start date: August 25, 2025
Salary range: $140,000 - 160,000 based on experience

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• At least 8 years of experience in school enrollment management or related roles in mission-driven organizations
• At least 5 years of leadership experience, for example managing personnel or directing programs
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
• Demonstrated creativity and effectiveness in communicating school values and building relationships with families
• Strong sense of initiative in establishing direction and maximizing opportunities
• Flexibility, adaptability, a growth mindset, and a spirit of collaboration and goodwill
• Strong cross-cultural competencies, able to develop trust within a diverse community
• An inspirational communicator, storyteller, and empathetic listener
• Facility with information technology productivity and enrollment management tools
• Flexibility to attend evening events and occasionally travel
• Fluent in spoken and written English, multiple languages desirable
