The Director of Enrollment is responsible for strategic leadership of student recruitment at Abu Dhabi Hospitality Academy – Les Roches, ensuring alignment with the institution’s long-term five-year growth plan for undergraduate and postgraduate programs. This role focuses on high-level planning, data-driven decision-making, and overseeing the execution of recruitment strategies. The Director of Enrollment mentors the Country Enrollment Manager and ensures that enrollment goals are met while fostering strong industry and governmental relationships.
This role contributes to the broader development of the UAE’s hospitality sector, encouraging Emirati talent to pursue careers in the industry.

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Education, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Extensive experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in roles related to enrollment and admissions.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in student recruitment, sales, or admissions within an educational or hospitality institution.
  • Proven leadership experience in an international or multi-cultural environment.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality education and higher education trends.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful enrollment strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for government and industry engagement.
  • High-level strategic planning and ability to mentor high-performing teams.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency preferred).
