Join us and help shape this transformation. We are seeking a Director of Enterprise Program Management to join Zions Bancorporation. This leadership role is accountable for organizing and guiding the Planning and Delivery organization, driving the execution of enterprise‑wide initiatives. The position ensures initiatives are delivered on time and within budget, leveraging industry best practices, strong governance, and effective partnership with business owners to achieve intended outcomes. Responsibilities: Lead, organize, and manage the Program Management Office Establish and maintain consistent best practices, governance, to achieve initiative outcomes Partner with executive and senior leadership to develop and implement company strategies Ensure adherence to financial, risk, and regulatory requirements and schedules Direct broad area/divisional programs and projects through managers and cross-functional teams Other duties as assigned Qualifications: 12+ years of experience in the financial services industry in technology operations, services and investments, project and program management, agile, operational processes and procedures Effective senior management and proven leadership experience In-depth expert knowledge in financial services technology operations, project management, business process improvement, and agile practices Exceptional analysis, management, and communication skills, both verbal and written Proven project and program management skills Problem resolution and client relationship skills Ability to make sound decisions, develop others, and work with all levels of management Strategic thinking and long-term planning skills Excellent budget management and forecasting abilities Requires a Bachelor's degree in business, administration, finance, or a related field. A combination of education and experience may be considered. Visa Sponsorship: This position is currently not eligible for employment visa sponsorship (e.g., H-1B visa).
