Well-capitalized startup seeks extremely talented Director of Estimating to deliver $10M in awarded ICI Construction quotes in 3 Months and an additional $15M by Month 6. You must have experience in large ICI project pricing, RFQ management, vendor sourcing, cost control, and award rate maximization. Track record in building top-performing estimating teams, value stream creation, overseeing pre-construction, and developing cost databases that slash quoting into a fraction of the time that most consider possible.
Top-notch analytical, cost control, and cross-functional leadership skills are essential. You should have a bachelor’s degree or master’s in construction management, civil engineering, quantity surveying, or equivalent. Familiarity with lean construction, AI, or advanced estimating software would be helpful but is not necessary.

Must be willing to relocate to the Ontario area.
Compensation will include above average base salary and meaningful target bonuses.
