MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Knowledge of budget oversight and contract management
    Salary Range: Budgeted at $50,000/annually plus benefits. Opportunity for performance compensation subject to approval and budgetary availability.

Responsibilities

SUPERVISION AND FISCAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide direct oversight for the Office of Events and Activities and indirect oversight for the Aggie Rec Center and McMahon Centennial Complex
  • Supervise and evaluate 3 (three) full-time staff members
  • Develop and oversee budgets for the office
  • Oversee creation and execution of event contracts, invoice collections, and financial reporting
  • Approve purchase orders and monitor accounts receivable
  • Chair the Public Exercises Task Force and serve on various other university committees.
