ABOUT THE ROLE :

As Director of Events, you will oversee all aspects of the Events function, ensuring flawless execution from initial proposal to the final farewell. You will lead and mentor a talented team, maintain the highest standards of communication and service, and work closely with our clients to bring their vision to life.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Lead the Events team, ensuring accuracy and consistency across proposals, contracts, and event documentation.
• Build and maintaining strong relationships with clients, actively sourcing new business and maximising revenue opportunities.
• Oversee the planning and execution of events, ensuring every detail reflects the Four Seasons standard of excellence.
• Collaborate with all departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for the Events team.
