JOB SUMMARY:
This leader is responsible for creating, implementing, and overseeing orientation and training programs that prepare new managers for success in their roles. This role ensures that new leaders are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to effectively manage teams, drive organizational goals, and embody the company’s values. The Training Director collaborates with senior leaders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to align training programs with organizational priorities and foster a culture of continuous learning.
