• As our Director of B&F, you will partner with the Assistant Director of B&F & Venue Managers to develop and implement B&F departmental strategies. The position oversees and ensures that the B&F operations meet the Brand’s Standards and luxury, Leading Quality Assurance and ensuring guest and talent satisfaction, focusing on growing revenues and maximizing the department’s financial performance.
• Lead and execute the B&F strategy in alignment with W Hotels’ luxury standards.
• Work with the B&F leadership team to determine areas of concern and develop strategies to improve the department’s financial performance.
• Drive innovation by staying ahead of market trends and introducing new F&B experiences.
• Monitoring the B&F department’s actual and projected sales to ensure revenue goals are met or exceeded, and opportunities are identified and addressed.
• Engage, mentor, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service and elevate the guest experience.
• Provides services above and beyond for guest satisfaction and ensuring return patronage and of B&F venues and the Hotels.
• Focuses on maintaining profit margins without compromising guest or Talent satisfaction.
• Carry out any other duty/function that the Hotel Manager or General Manager may assign. Provide ongoing support to the Hotel Manager or General Manager.
