Job Summary: The Director of FBO Operations is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of FBO activities, with a primary focus on maintaining exceptional service and safety standards throughout the network. This position plays a critical role in driving business development to optimize hangar occupancy and attract transient customers, fostering strong relationships with key accounts such as NetJets, Wheels Up, and FlexJet, and maintaining productive partnerships with airport managers and directors. Additional responsibilities include consistently reviewing pricing strategies to maximize uplift and profitability, monitoring financial performance, developing capital expenditure plans, participating in leadership meetings, and overseeing various operational tasks related to customer service and flight/aircraft support. Key Responsibilities: · Operational Oversight: Oversee all FBO operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to clients and stakeholders. Regular travel to all locations is required to maintain standards and strengthen relationships with airport authorities, customers, and employees. · Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the FBO team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. · Client Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. · Safety and Compliance: Ensure all FBO operations adhere to industry safety best practices. Conduct regular safety training for each department and hold monthly safety meetings at all locations to review and enforce safety protocols. · Financial Management: Manage the FBO budget, monitor financial performance, and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation. Implement strategies to maximize EBITDA at each location, ensuring financial targets are met and surpassed. · Business Development: Enhance service growth by identifying new business opportunities and coordinating with the marketing department for outreach and targeted campaigns to expand the client base. · Sales and Marketing Collaboration: Drive sales efforts by working closely with the business development and marketing teams to identify potential leads and convert them into successful sales. Develop strategies and marketing initiatives to promote PremierFBO's services and maintain a strong presence in the market. · Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance FBO services and expand business opportunities. · Collaboration: Work closely with other divisions within Premier to ensure seamless integration and delivery of services. · Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of service delivery, with strict adherence to ATA-103 standards, SOPs and local environmental compliance regulations. · Leadership Meetings: Attend weekly leadership meetings and other meetings as required to support the ongoing growth and strategic direction of PremierFBO.
