POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • General computer and typing experience with Microsoft Office Suite, to include Excel, Word, and Outlook

Responsibilities
  • Create, review, and update risk assessments, policies, procedures, and training modules, to ensure they are current and up to date with the latest compliance and regulatory guidelines.
  • Responsible for preparation and coordination of materials, including minutes, to be presented to the various committees that provide oversight including the Trust and Risk Committee of the Board.
  • Acting as liaison between internal and external examiners for both Trust and RIA and their respective regulatory bodies, which include FDIC, SEC, and FINRA.
  • Provide support during external regulatory exams, internal and external audits, ensuring that all information is gathered in an organized and accurate fashion and delivered timely.
  • Establish and oversee all internal controls for SOX standards and confirm.
  • Oversee adherence to vendor management procedures for WMG
  • Review and approve contracts with new and existing vendors.
  • Work closely with the BSA and Compliance departments by establishing policies and procedures for BSA and AML.
  • Review and monitor procedures and processes to ensure optimal management oversight, dual control and efficient reconciliations for operations.
  • Review and monitor procedures and processes to ensure optimal management oversight, dual control and efficient reconciliations for investments. This will include monitoring and supervision of the annual regulatory review of all fiduciary accounts in both trust and RIA.
  • Maintain and make revisions to Compliance Analysis Program to keep in line with FDIC Trust Manual.
  • Maintain current understanding of regulations as they relate to Fiduciary responsibilities, Investment management and trust accounting.
  • Oversee and monitor all systems disaster recovery
  • Oversee and monitor regulatory filing such as 13F and N-PX.
  • Develop, implement and perform sampled testing of account administration in Trust and RIA to help ensure compliance with adopted administration and operational policies within Trust and RIA
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of Bank products, services, policies, procedures and appropriate regulatory issues as related to daily job functions including but not limited to: Bank Secrecy Act; Privacy Act; Fair Lending Act; Regulation E, etc. Completes required compliance training and adhere to the Bank’s standard of conduct.
  • Participate in the Bank’s High-Performance Rewards Connections program.
  • Makes referrals to the Mortgage Center and Wealth Management
  • Perform additional duties as requested.
