We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Door-to-Door Field Manager to lead our outreach efforts and drive community engagement. In this role, you will oversee a team of canvassers responsible for promoting our programs, services, or causes directly within neighborhoods. Duties Supervise and coordinate a team of door-to-door canvassers to ensure daily outreach targets are met with enthusiasm and professionalism Develop and implement strategic canvassing plans tailored to specific neighborhoods or demographics Provide ongoing training and mentorship to team members on sales techniques, customer service, and effective communication skills Monitor field activities to ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and motivate the team to maximize productivity and engagement Foster positive relationships with community members, local organizations, and stakeholders to enhance outreach efforts Analyze campaign data and feedback to refine strategies and improve overall effectiveness Hire and Train canvassing teams.
