Position Summary The Director of Field Operations is responsible for leading all field execution across the Developmental Services division, ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality delivery of mission-critical construction projects. This role provides strategic oversight of field operations, workforce planning, and execution standards across multiple concurrent projects. Key Responsibilities Lead field execution across all active projects, ensuring schedule, safety, and quality performance Oversee superintendents, field staff, and subcontractor execution Establish and enforce field operations standards, QA/QC processes, and safety protocols Partner with Commercial Director and project leadership to align on budget and performance Drive workforce planning, staffing, and resource allocation Interface with clients, leadership, and key stakeholders Resolve escalated project and field execution issues Implement standardized reporting, KPIs, and operational processes Qualifications 12+ years of construction experience with significant field leadership Experience in data center or mission-critical environments strongly preferred Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects Strong leadership, communication, and operational execution skills
