This role partners closely with executive leadership to ensure strong revenue growth is supported by disciplined operations, efficient processes, and high-performing teams. What You’ll Do: Lead Operations Oversee daily operations for a $25–30M service business Partner with Sales leadership to ensure revenue converts to profit Improve processes, routing efficiency, and service delivery? . Drive consistency, accountability, and operational excellence Develop Teams Coach and support frontline leaders and technicians Build team engagement and alignment with company goals? . Maintain a strong culture during rapid growth? . Help employees grow and succeed within the organization Drive Performance Use data to identify opportunities and improve results Analyze KPIs, conversion rates, and operational metrics Provide clear, actionable insights to leadership Prepare the business for multi-location expansion What We’re Looking For Proven leadership experience in home services, field operations, or similar industries Strong operational and financial acumen (P&L experience preferred) Data-driven mindset with experience using systems like Service Titan and Excel Hands-on leader who is comfortable in both the office and the field.
