Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Finance to join our team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our executive leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, driving strategic financial planning, and ensuring the company's fiscal health and compliance. Oversee daily operations of the Finance department, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting Develop and implement short-term and long-term financial strategies aligned with company goals Direct and coordinate financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes Analyze monthly operating results against budgets and provide insightful recommendations Lead cost efficiency initiatives and optimize financial performance Manage relationships with external financial partners, including banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations, with particular attention to UAE standards Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to the executive team and board of directors Oversee cash flow management and investment strategies Direct financial audits and implement process improvements Develop and maintain a high-performing finance team through effective leadership, mentoring, and professional development Collaborate with other department heads to drive business growth and profitability Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification highly desirable Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, with at least 3 years in a similar director-level capacity Proven track record of strategic financial planning and execution Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards, including familiarity with UAE financial landscape Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail Outstanding leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial information to diverse audiences Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly advanced Excel skills, and experience with financial management software Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of key performance indicators Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Visionary mindset with the ability to drive innovation in financial processes and systems Additional Information At Accor, we are committed to diversity.
