Partner with department heads for financial planning and decision-making Lead, guide, and develop the finance team Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CA preferred) 8–12 years of experience, preferably in the hospitality industry Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent analytical and strategic thinking ability Knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance Strong communication and decision-making skills Job-Category: Finance Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
