POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Director of Finance & Administration to join our senior leadership team. This position plays a vital role in safeguarding the financial health of our organization while fostering an environment where technical excellence and team growth thrive.
As a key advisor to the General Manager and Board of Directors, you will provide strategic financial guidance, ensure compliance with financial legislation, and maintain robust accounting systems. Beyond the numbers, you will inspire and support our team, helping them grow their skills while maintaining autonomy.
