Evolving with global priorities, Q2IMPACT blends its rich legacy in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL), Collaboration, Learning, and Adaptation (CLA); data analytics; systems strengthening; and adaptive programming with a renewed focus on strategic relevance, economic growth, and national security. Launched in 2023, Youth Grow Activity (YGA) is a U.S. Government-funded initiative working with national partners in Jordan to help youth build practical skills and connect to income opportunities, leading to stable communities in Jordan by supporting lawful work, productive routines, and positive engagement for youth themselves. The primary beneficiaries of YGA are youth aged 10 to 29. Additionally, YGA engages with key stakeholders including MOY, MODEE, CPF and AQACA, JREEF as well as private sector stakeholders. YGA activities are being implemented across all 12 governorates (Mafraq, Irbid, Ajloun, Jerash, Balqa, Amman, Zarqa, Madaba, Karak, Tafilah, Ma’an, Aqaba). YGA delivers structured upskilling programs, income-generating opportunities, and positive engagement through MOY centers and other national institutions. All of YGA's programs and activities are designed in alignment with Jordan's EMV and built to prepare a youth workforce capable of contributing to national priority sectors, including the National Conveyor Project and Jordan's growing digital economy.
