With oversight across finance, property, assets, ICT, procurement and organisational performance, you'll have the opportunity to drive meaningful change while supporting a mission that positively impacts thousands of Tasmanians.

The Opportunity

Financial Leadership

  • Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning
  • Oversee financial reporting, compliance, audit and risk management activities
  • Ensure strong governance, controls and regulatory compliance
  • Provide strategic advice to the CEO and Board to support decision-making


Operations & Organisational Performance

  • Lead organisational performance, planning and sustainability initiatives
  • Oversee ICT, property, assets, insurance and procurement functions
  • Drive process improvement, efficiency and resource optimisation across the organisation
  • Support the delivery of strategic and operational priorities


Stakeholder & Executive Leadership

  • Partner with the CEO and Board on organisational strategy and future growth
  • Lead and develop multidisciplinary corporate services teams
  • Manage key external relationships including auditors, regulators and service providers
  • Oversee major contracts, leases and commercial agreements


About You

To be successful, you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA, CA, or equivalent certification.
  • Significant senior finance or executive leadership experience
  • Strong commercial, financial and strategic planning capability
  • Experience leading governance, compliance, audit and risk functions
  • Exposure to property, procurement, ICT or broader corporate services portfolios
  • Proven experience working effectively with Boards and Executive Teams
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience within the not-for-profit sector will be highly regarded
