• Lead accounting operations: A/P, A/R, payroll, and financial reporting
• Guide annual budgets, audits, and system upgrades
• Recommend internal control improvements and financial policies
• Collaborate with department leaders to align strategy and reporting
• Help the Nation move toward First Nations Financial Management Board certification
