Job Description Oversee daily Finance department operations and establish departmental goals, objectives, policies, and procedures Direct financial planning and budget management; monitor monthly operating results against budget Manage debt financing and debt service payments; prepare annual financial reports and forecasts Conduct financial analysis for contract negotiations and product investment decisions Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements Direct financial audits, provide procedural improvement recommendations, and serve as primary legislative liaison on financial matters Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance Additional certificate as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) will be an advantage Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior finance or accounting position or 2 years of experience in a similar capacity High degree of professionalism with strong understanding of business acumen Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and relevant financial and accounting reporting systems Additional Information What is in it for you: Employee benefit card offering discounted rates at Accor hotels worldwide.
