Job Overview: We are seeking a versatile Finance professional to join our team in a broad-scope role that touches almost every facet of our financial operations. If you are a high-performing finance professional who thrives on variety, understands the semiconductor lifecycle, this role is for you. In this position, you will bridge the gap between corporate finance, manufacturing operations, and global supply chain. You will be a key partner to both internal teams and external stakeholders (vendors, partners, and suppliers). \n Key Responsibilities Cross-Functional Finance Support: Handle a wide array of tasks including monthly/quarterly close, operational budgeting, and forecasting. Operations and Supply Chain FP&A: Collaborate with operations to model costs, inventory valuation, CapEx fixed assets, etc. Vendor Finance Management: Review and analyze the financial impacts of major vendor agreements, supplier contracts. Process Improvements: Identify opportunities to update legacy processes, implement scalable financial systems, and build automated reports/dashboards to support business growth. Ad-Hoc Executive Analysis: Drive rapid-turnaround financial modeling and big-data analysis to provide leadership with insights on pricing, risk management, and strategic investments. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field. 5 to 8+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience, with at least 2–3 years within a semiconductor or global hardware technology company. Demonstrated experience working with international business entities, global supply chains, and foreign currencies/subsidiaries. Solid understanding of semiconductor operations, wafer/chip manufacturing flows, inventory costing, and supply chain logistics. Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel and AI Tools. Solid experience with ground-up ERP/MES/PLM implementation Comfortable pivoting from a micro-level inventory audit to a macro-level international forecast. Highest regard for accuracy, completeness, and data integrity. Preferred Skills Prior experience navigating both the engineering side (foundries, OSATs, and CMs) and the commercialside of the semiconductor ecosystem. Basic SQL skills or experience manipulating large, complex datasets into clean financial models. MBA, CPA, or progress toward an advanced financial certification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to build successful partnerships across different cultures and time zones.
