OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Director of Finance to lead our financial operations and drive the financial strategy of our organization. This role is essential in ensuring the financial health of the company while supporting business development initiatives and cost management strategies.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in corporate finance, accounting, or related fields.
  • Strong background in budgeting processes and financial services.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Experience in risk analysis and investment strategies is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on cost management and business development initiatives.
  • A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the organization’s goals.
  • Conduct risk analysis to identify potential financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Lead the finance team in managing day-to-day financial activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support business development efforts through sound financial planning.
  • Monitor cash flow, investments, and other financial metrics to optimize company performance.
  • Prepare detailed reports for senior management and stakeholders regarding financial status and forecasts.
  • Ensure effective cost management practices are in place to maximize profitability.
