Description Leadership Opportunity | Growing Company Are you a hands-on finance leader who enjoys making an impact in a small, collaborative organization? We are seeking a Director of Finance to oversee all financial operations, provide strategic guidance to leadership, and ensure the organization's financial health and compliance. This position will lead and manage a two-person Finance Department, providing day-to-day direction, coaching, and oversight while remaining actively involved in financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and internal controls. Key Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field Progressive finance and accounting leadership experience Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance Sage Intact experience preferred Experience leading and developing staff Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills What You'll Do: Lead the organization's financial strategy and operations Manage and mentor a two-person finance team Prepare and analyze financial statements and forecasts Oversee budgeting, cash flow, audits, and compliance activities Partner with executive leadership to support business growth and decision-making If you are looking for an opportunity to influence strategy, improve processes, and lead a small but critical finance function, we would like to hear from you.
