Director of Finance
We are seeking a Director of Finance to join our accounting team at Southwest Mobile Storage. The ideal candidate will serve as a key member of the leadership team, driving strategic financial initiatives and overseeing core accounting operations. This role demands a visionary leader with deep financial expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for operational excellence. The Director will ensure fiscal integrity, optimize financial systems, and empower cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA strongly preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including leadership roles.
• Deep knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Proven experience managing teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as a member of the accounting team.
• Must be able to work effectively with department co-workers as well as with members of other departments.
• Must be able to interface professionally both inside and outside of the organization.

• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP.

• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering professional development.
