This senior leadership role oversees the payroll and procure-to-pay departments, drives system implementations, and establishes standardized processes across the organization. The position requires a strategic thinker who can build and lead high-performing global teams while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and supporting business growth objectives. Essential Job Functions Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of a Global Shared Services organization to support finance operations across all company locations Oversee the Payroll department, ensuring accurate and timely processing of global payroll, tax compliance, and related reporting Manage the Procure-to-Pay function, including accounts payable, vendor management, and employee expense reporting Spearhead finance transformation initiatives with emphasis on system implementations, process standardization, and automation Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for finance technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and data integrity Establish key performance indicators and reporting mechanisms to monitor shared services performance and drive continuous improvement Ensure SOX compliance across all finance operations, maintaining robust internal controls and documentation Build, develop, and lead a global team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement Partner with executive leadership to align finance transformation initiatives with overall business strategy Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and technology partners involved in transformation projects Create and maintain standardized policies, procedures, and best practices for finance operations Develop and manage budgets for shared services operations and transformation initiatives Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization across finance functions Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Required Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; MBA or CPA preferred Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, with specific experience in transformation and shared services Demonstrated experience leading finance system implementations and technology modernization projects Extensive knowledge of US public company financial reporting requirements and SOX compliance Proven track record establishing and scaling global shared services operations Strong understanding of payroll operations and procure-to-pay processes across multiple countries Experience managing global teams across different time zones and cultures Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and financial technology solutions Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data insights into strategic recommendations Exceptional leadership and change management capabilities Superior communication skills with ability to influence at all levels of the organization Experience working in a high-growth technology company environment preferred This posting will automatically expire on November 28, 2025.
