POSITION SUMMARY

The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis is responsible for developing, overseeing, and evaluating the financial activities and reporting for all externally funded grants, contracts, and restricted funds. This role ensures financial compliance with federal, state, and organizational requirements. This position provides strategic direction and leadership in fiscal management and budgetary matters across the organization, with a focus on ongoing review of design and improvement of the organization’s financial processes. This includes leading cross-functional efforts to implement user centered solutions that enhance operational efficiency, strengthen fiscal oversight, and support long term sustainability in grant and budget administration, in concert with the CFO.

Education And Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree. Preferably in accounting, finance, grant management, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience.

• 5+ years of experience in a management role.
