Key Accountabilities
1) Be a “Financial Maestro”: Orchestrate the home office and community-level budget process in harmony with regional leaders and department heads—ensuring every note is data-driven, accurate, and in tune with our organizational goals.
2) Be a “Crystal Ball Holder”: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for new projects, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives—bringing the future into focus with insightful forecasting and variance analysis.
3) Be a “Cash Flow Conductor”: Keep a watchful eye on liquidity, short-term forecasting, and treasury reporting to make sure the financial heartbeat of Arrow is steady, strong, and ready for the next big adventure.
4) Be a “Number Storyteller”: Partner with the accounting team to turn actuals and forecasts into compelling narratives—delivered through dashboards and executive-ready reports that inspire action.
5) Be a “Strategic Partner-in-Crime”: Collaborate across service areas—from operations to development—evaluating initiatives, identifying trends, and spotting cost-saving opportunities without sacrificing quality.

Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate in person and through written correspondence.
