The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis will be responsible for the preparation and analysis of financial performance, as well as, delivering key insights on business operations to executive leadership. Their focus will also include establishing new processes and controls, translating strategic concepts into detailed analysis that will guide the financial planning and reporting of a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and own key business processes to support budgeting and forecasting
  • Develop and own corporate financial models, including incorporating scenario analysis, and identify strategic areas to review and discuss with management
  • Develop a comprehensive FP&A reporting package to be delivered to executive leadership on a recurring monthly and quarterly basis
  • Perform flash financial reporting upon request or at defined intervals
  • Work closely with functional business leadership and finance business unit partners to understand nuances and develop business unit level forecasts and budgets
  • Partner with accounting to analyze and interpret actual financial performance vs. operating plan and provide recommendations back to the business
  • Support the evaluation of M&A deals and growth initiatives through financial and operational diligence
  • Prepare and deliver financial business reviews to the leadership team and external stakeholders (Board, Investors, etc.)
  • Ad-hoc analysis and reporting for executive team
