As the face of the dealership, you’ll be the first person our Guests meet—and the one who sets the tone for their entire visit. • Maintain ALL Customer areas according to most recently updated Director of First Impressions Host & Receptionist Hospitality Checklist.
• Answer all incoming phone calls in a timely, courteous manner and accurately direct all incoming lines to the proper person.
• Establish and maintain a friendly, professional relationship with Customers and Associates.

QUALIFICATIONS - WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• Excellent communication and Customer Service skills.
• The ability to access, input, and retrieve information from computer.
• High energy partnered with a positive attitude.
• Perform bending, pushing, climbing, leaning, twisting, reaching, kneeling, crouching, and other maneuvers associated with the position.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Desire to grow, learn, and advance within the company.
