JOB SUMMARY
The Director of First Impressions understands that for the Market Center to run effectively and efficiently, the leadership team must tend to its associates’ needs in such a way that they are receiving exceptional service and support. The Director of First Impressions will have a relationship-based attitude with an understanding that the agents come first. This person is task-oriented, organized, detail-oriented, and punctual. They are responsible, consistent and work well under pressure. They will communicate with associates, recruits, and the leadership team professionally yet with high-energy and a positive attitude.
REQUIREMENTS

· Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
· Ability to type accurately and efficiently while managing other tasks.
· Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
· Comfortable using social media platforms (or willing to learn).
· Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

· Lead the front desk experience and manage day-to-day office flow.
· Managing office communications, including phones (answer and direct all incoming phone calls), mail, and general inquiries.
· Manage conference room reservations.
· Serving as the first point of contact for agents, guests, and clients.
· Keep the market center clean, organized, and presentation-ready at all times. (entry way, front desk appearance, conference rooms, kitchen, common areas, etc.…)
· Updating Awards wall regularly.
· Send out and receive/sort all incoming and outgoing mail/packages.
· Ordering of all office supplies (and other things as needed).
· Deposit checks daily and assist the finance team when needed.
· Assist in tracking agent license exp dates.
· Create, schedule, and post content to platforms such as Instagram & Facebook.
· Helping facilitate onboarding and transitions for agents.
· Providing general support to agents and leadership as needed.
· Assisting with class and event logistics, including scheduling, decorating and setup.
· Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and guest speakers as needed.
· Preparing materials for events and classes to ensure a smooth experience for attendees.
· Update calendars and training class flyers.
