The Director of First Impressions is both the welcoming face at our front desk and the behind-the-scenes organizer who ensures our space is ready for clients, events, and day-to-day work. While most of your responsibilities focus on administration, office coordination, and facilities upkeep, you’ll also collaborate with different teams to support meetings, agency events, and small projects. You’ll get to know our people, processes, and partners — and play an important role in helping the agency run smoothly.
