Cég leírása We are looking for a passionate talent with former Food and Beverage leader experience in Lifestyle, Premium or Luxury segment of hospitality, to lead the F&B operations of a five-star hotel under the Pullman brand in Budapest. This unique property is located in the heart of Budapest, right in the city center (District 6), offering 136 rooms, a restaurant & bar, rooftop event space, gym, meeting rooms - combining lifestyle and design, for business and leisure. Állás leírása Ensure high-quality, professional execution of all hotel F&B operations, with maximum guest satisfaction as a priority Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize F&B revenue across the restaurant, bar, banquets, in-room dining operations Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance against budget and forecast targets Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to generate revenue. Prepare annual operating budgets and capital expenditure plans for all F&B outlets and services Maintain control over beverage cost, labor cost, and operating expenses Manage beverage orders, maintain inventory records, and prepare monthly stock reports Perform month-end closing in the Materials Control system Actively participate in F&B operations across breakfast, banquet, à la carte, and bar areas, ensuring full compliance with standards Monitor demand and guest feedback, providing recommendations for F&B offerings Focus on the professional development of the service team Actively engage in communication with guests Képzettség Minimum 3 years of management experience in F&B operations within hotel environments in the Lifestyle, Premium, or Luxury hospitality segment Strong organizational and planning skills, with an operational mindset Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, profit optimization, and cost control Proven ability to enhance guest experience while maintaining operational efficiency and premium service standards Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve revenue and profitability Fluent Hungarian and English További információk Exciting and challenging job in a unique 5-star property, a 136 rooms managed hotel Unique, modern, friendly working environment in a brand-new property Opportunity to gain experience in a multinational environment Career development in the worldwide Accor network Job-Category: Food & Beverage Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
