We are seeking a visionary Food & Beverage Director to lead 15+mil F&B operations at a breathtaking Florida resort where exceptional service meets natural splendor. Guests can enjoy a variety of luxury lodging options, golf, world-class dining and are within minutes of the best attractions in the country! You’ll help shape the culinary and service vision while working with state-of-the-art facilities and a renowned management group.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent senior F&B management experience required
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive hospitality leadership experience
  • Demonstrated excellence in team leadership and operations management
  • Superior communication and relationship-building capabilities
  • Strong financial acumen managing top line revenues of $20M+ with a deep understanding of industry KPIs
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans across all F&B operations, including financial, operational, and marketing initiatives.
  • Design organizational structure, manage staffing needs, and lead recruitment and development of management teams across all venues.
  • Direct operations and ensure regulatory compliance across all F&B outlets.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on venue operations, design improvements, and brand initiatives.
  • Lead catering and events operations, including banquet programming and menu development.
