Job Description You will be the Food & Beverage leadership expert, driving the Food & Beverage team in all aspects, from business planning, organizing operations, and administration. You will be responsible for achieving the highest customer satisfaction, brand, and quality standards, as well as bringing creativity and variety to our food & beverage offering. Further, you will manage the financial aspects of the department to achieve the budgeted revenues, profit, and food & beverage costs whilst maintaining food and beverage quality. A strong commercial acumen is required for you to drive and achieve targeted revenues, by implementing creative promotional activities, driving awareness through social media, and fostering a focus on results achievement within your team. You will maintain the team members' performance and development at a superior level and ensure on high level of team member satisfaction. Finally, you will work closely with peers in the sales & catering, commercial, and financial teams to maximize the business results. Qualifications Experience as Director of Food & Beverage or a similar role in a high-volume, multi-departmental operation with the highest level of service is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience working in a 5-star hotel or similar environment. International work experience preferably in Asia. Creative, innovative, and thinks outside the box. Strong commercial/business acumen. Passion for operational excellence. Passion for leadership and teamwork. Ability to understand effective approaches to communication with different individuals.
