SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Food and Beverage to lead our hospitality team at The Swiftwater. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional dining experiences while upholding our commitment to quality and hospitality.

• Oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Actively oversee daily operations of The Olivet restaurant.
• Oversee the concierge lounge and Market.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage costs effectively.
• Train and mentor staff in service excellence.
• Collaborate with management to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

• Qualifications
• Proven experience in food production, cooking, and food preparation.
• Strong management skills with a focus on food service management.
• Experience in hospitality management is preferred.
• Excellent leadership abilities to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong customer service skills with a commitment to guest satisfaction.
