  • 8-10 years in F&B management, with expertise in culinary arts, banquets, and hospitality.
  • Experience in menu development, fiscal management, and using systems like Silverware and UKG is beneficial.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As the Director of Food and Beverage at Camp Lucy, you will play a vital leadership role in
overseeing the entire food and beverage operation across our resort. You will ensure exceptional
guest experiences through operational excellence, innovative culinary and beverage programming, and
strong team leadership. Your focus will span across our signature restaurant, in-room dining,
banquet and event services and bar operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage all food and beverage operations, ensuring consistent service excellence across outlets including restaurants, bars, banquets, and special events.
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and culinary team to develop seasonal menus and ensure high-quality food standards.
  • Drive financial performance through strategic planning, effective cost controls, labor management, and revenue generation.
  • Foster a guest-first culture by training and inspiring front-of-house and back- of-house teams to exceed service expectations.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and ensure all food and beverage operations meet local and state requirements.
  • Partner with the Events and Sales teams to execute weddings, corporate events, and private functions with elevated service and precision.
  • Analyze guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance dining and event experiences.
  • Manage vendor relationships, inventory, and purchasing to optimize quality and cost-efficiency.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, performance management, and scheduling of all F&B team members.
  • Represent the Camp Lucy brand through professional, warm, and gracious hospitality.
