To lead business planning, budgeting, cost control, and financial performance of the F&B Division. To manage recruitment, training, development, and performance of the F&B team to build future leaders. Qualifications Proven experience in leading F&B operations in luxury environments, with strong financial and business acumen. Expertise in food and beverage trends, menu development, service excellence, and cost management. Exceptional leadership, communication, and team development skills to build high-performing teams.
