Responsibilities
  • Provide visionary leadership to the F&B team, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for the department.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Events, and Marketing teams to create successful promotions and events.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships and oversee procurement of high-quality products.
