The Director of Food and Beverage oversees all aspects of dining operations in Embassy Suites Rosemont O’Hare. This includes strategic planning, staff management, budgeting, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field
  • 8–10+ years of experience in food and beverage management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Financial acumen and experience with budgeting
  • Familiarity and experience with high-volume operations
  • Certification from a culinary or hospitality institution (preferred)

  • Oversee purchasing, inventory, and vendor relations.
  • Analyze financial data to identify improvement opportunities.
