YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leading the entire F&B team
  • Overseeing all F&B outlets, with a focus on developing the F&B offering, innovative sales concepts, and employee satisfaction
  • Ensuring guest satisfaction and handling complaint management
  • Planning and controlling the budget as well as preparing forecasts
  • Coordinating and ensuring efficient collaboration between departments
  • Supporting and acting as a point of contact for department heads regarding staff coordination
  • Ensuring and optimising high quality standards and operational workflows
  • HACCP compliance within your area of responsibility
