As our strategic Food and Beverage business partner you will champion, develop, and implement property-wide strategies that deliver in all relevant business goals. You are responsible for the Booking Office 1869, Hansom Lounge, MI+ME, In Room Dining, Kitchen and Event Operations.
You will collaborate with direct reports, including the Food & Beverage Outlets General Manager, Executive Chef, and Banqueting Manager, to develop and implement departmental strategies that deliver exemplary customer and guest service. The objective is to enhance satisfaction and foster loyalty by proactively supporting guests and ensuring their needs are met both prior to and throughout their event.
You will ensure the entire food and beverage and culinary operation meet the brand and St Pancras’ standards, targets customer needs, ensures associate satisfaction, focuses on growing revenues and maximises the financial performance of the discipline.
