Chia Laguna includes 3 different properties, part of the same resort, the luxury property Conrad Chia Laguna Sardinia, 107 keys, Baia di Chia Resort by Curio Collection, 77 keys and Hotel Village, 240 keys, with a conference center with 8 meeting rooms for up to 900 delegates.

For our amazing Chia Laguna Resort, we are looking for a Director of Food and Beverage Operations to join the team!
In this role, you will lead the F&B team to achieve all the goals with excellent results.
The ideal candidate will be an engaging and energetic leader with the ability to inspire creativity and has a talent for training and developing others.
At least 5 years of food and beverage management experience in luxury hotels is required, as well as a strong ability in English and Italian language.
Work Experience
As a Director Of Food and Beverage Operations you will oversee all aspects of food and beverage service in a hospitality setting, ensuring high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
This role involves strategic planning, departmental management, and operational efficiency to enhance the dining experience. As a Director you will be the key in maintaining profitability, staff training and development, vendor relations, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
As a critical leadership position, you will collaborate with other departments to deliver a consistent and exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the food and beverage department
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure high standards of service
  • Manage budgets and financial plans to maximize profitability
  • Train, develop, and supervise staff members
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for quality products and services
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve services
  • Create and update menus in collaboration with chefs and culinary teams
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions
  • Maintain inventory control and manage procurement processes
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures for efficient operations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Organize special events and functions within the food and beverage department
  • Implement sustainable and eco-friendly practices in operations
