For our amazing Chia Laguna Resort, we are looking for a Director of Food and Beverage Operations to join the team!
In this role, you will lead the F&B team to achieve all the goals with excellent results.
The ideal candidate will be an engaging and energetic leader with the ability to inspire creativity and has a talent for training and developing others.
At least 5 years of food and beverage management experience in luxury hotels is required, as well as a strong ability in English and Italian language.
Work Experience
As a Director Of Food and Beverage Operations you will oversee all aspects of food and beverage service in a hospitality setting, ensuring high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
This role involves strategic planning, departmental management, and operational efficiency to enhance the dining experience. As a Director you will be the key in maintaining profitability, staff training and development, vendor relations, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
As a critical leadership position, you will collaborate with other departments to deliver a consistent and exceptional guest experience.
