Job Description Proven experience as a Director of F&B in luxury resorts, 5-star hotels, or high-end lifestyle brands. Strong expertise in multi-outlet operations, luxury dining concepts, and high-volume banquets. Demonstrated success in revenue generation, P&L management, and cost control. Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills. High standards for service, presentation, and guest experience. Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, luxury environment with international client. Qualifications F&B strategy development and operational leadership. Menu engineering, culinary trends, and beverage program management. Revenue management, cost control, and P&L accountability. Luxury guest experience design and service standards. Team leadership, talent development, and performance management. Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams for business optimization.
