JOB OVERVIEW

The Food Service Sales Director will be responsible for executing a comprehensive B2B sales strategy, expanding Milk Bar’s presence in food service and wholesale channels. This role will lead inbound and outbound sales efforts, develop key client relationships, and oversee the full sales cycle—from sourcing leads to closing deals.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of sales experience in food service, corporate sales, or wholesale within CPG, hospitality, or F&B industries.
  • Proven ability to develop sales strategies, source leads, and close high-value deals.
  • Experience working with food service distributors, brokers, corporate gifting clients, and wholesale buyers.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Fluent in Google Applications, CRMs and Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software as needed.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for building relationships and driving revenue growth.
