About the Job SAP Taulia is looking for a Director, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) who will play an important role in helping the company achieve and exceed its growth and profitability goals. You will lead and own financial planning for the company by providing financial data and analysis to key stakeholders, improving current processes, and planning for future fiscal years. You are highly analytical, able to communicate business insights and recommend appropriate actions. You will report to the CFO. Responsibilities Own the financial planning process including evaluating revenue, cost of sales, and operating expense plans with department managers Own financial reporting for SAP Taulia’s Board of Directors Own the monthly reporting process ensuring accurate and timely reports delivered to corporate management and department management. Reports will be insightful to drive actions and include key financial performance, budget-to-actual variance analysis, budget to forecast analysis Own the commission process working closely with Sales Operations, Renewals team, Enterprise Business Reps, and Supplier Sales Complete ad-hoc financial analyses as needed (e.g., Business case evaluation, pricing reviews, company metrics, etc.) Collaborate with the Controllership to ensure consistency between planning and accounting Manage the FP&A team Skills, Knowledge and Experience required 10+ years of FP&A experience Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification(s) in Accounting/Finance/Business/Economics Demonstrated experience in preparing and managing financial records, annual business plans, and developing monthly forecasts Experience working with big data sets and driving actionable insights from data Experience modelling all three financial statements Superior leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills About Taulia Taulia is a fintech company that is part of the SAP group.
