About the Opportunity

  • Provide leadership and expertise in FP&A, with a focus on executing short-term and long-term forecasts
  • Drive quarterly forecasting processes, providing timely insights on financial performance
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop strategic business cases and capital allocation frameworks
  • Enhance financial models and reporting packages for planning, tracking and reporting on business performance and various initiatives
  • Deliver executive-level reporting and presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Introduce deeper financial insight with focus on product-level reporting
  • Collaborate with key partners in the business, including Sales, Solutions, IT, and Operations to produce insightful financial analysis, analyze business drivers, and identify areas of opportunity and risk.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, internal controls, and process improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accurate incorporation of significant transactions in outlook estimates
  • Monitor and evaluate key business drivers and trends to provide actionable recommendations

About You

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Full CPA designation
  • At least 8-10 years of FP&A experience, with at least 5 years at a Manager level
  • Experience in FI/ Financial Services industry preferred
  • Must possess strong communication skills (verbal and written), with confidence and ability to communicate variances and recommendations to Regional CFO and President.
  • Highly analytical with attention to detail. Ability to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers.
  • Intellectually curious, and able to learn the industry with a high level of business acumen.
  • Self-starter who will take initiative. Independent in work ethic and thought process, needing little direction to execute.
  • Strong Excel skills, including the ability to review/ update financial models and manage large quantities of data.
  • Experience with OneStream Planning and/or modern Financial Planning systems
  • A high level of energy, commitment and strong sense of teamwork are needed to be successful in the role
  • Strong process management, planning and organization skills to facilitate teamwork and coordinate execution of multiple deliverables
