Your new role THE ROLE:To provide strategic vision and leadership for key local and national frameworks, maximising operational performance, fostering robust stakeholder relationships, and driving sustainable business growth. You will collaborate strategically with our regional businesses to support their growth within target markets and customers. This role leads the successful mobilisation of new frameworks and is responsible for enhancing our framework offering nationally. DUTIES: Develop a framework growth strategy to align with business growth and revenue requirements. Provide strategic direction and advice for key local and national frameworks while actively maintaining Key Account Management role with framework providers. Engage, develop and maximise regional business development teams to maximise existing framework positions and develop new framework opportunities. Provide a strategic view to Group on all new potential frameworks, maintaining and renewing existing ones. Advising on options and ensuring delivery of agreed Group selected outcomes. Monitor framework renewal and gestation periods, providing strategic planning through identifying forthcoming framework opportunities and provide a framework overview to support resource planning, project deliverables and key win plans across the regions and centrally. Attend regular meetings, as required, at Group, line management and framework levels including meetings with framework organisations and partners. Liaise with regional construction businesses and the strategic bid team to prepare best fit options for framework bids and delivery. Prepare recommendations for board approval. Carry out bid reviews to ensure high quality and winning submissions. Support regional businesses to develop market and competitor intelligence to develop winning bid strategies.. Apply framework management duties detailed in specific framework agreements and ensure contractual, commercial and legal compliance across frameworks. Ensure the timely collection and analysis of customer reports, management Information and framework KPIs and take corrective action as required to maintain excellent performance. Carry out Framework mobilisation at the beginning of new frameworks as required at board level and regional launch. Provide framework guidance, contribute to working groups and framework development both internally and externally as required QUALIFICATIONS/RELEVANT INDUSTRIAL EXPERIENCE: Experienced in the use of Frameworks Locally and Nationally Working knowledge of Framework mechanisms and their function Customer driven in both securing and satisfaction Ability to liaise with multiple in-house businesses and functions and work for similar goals e.g. Regional MD’s, BD function, Marketing & Comms etc What's in it for me Our Principles - The Robertson Way Our principles are our roadmap to achieving positive outcomes and delivering on our purpose.
