Responsibilities:
Account Management:
- Deliver Quarterly Business Review to Hotel Chains with data-driven strategy and information to guide future collaborations, and quantify and prioritize opportunities to improve inventory and client offerings.
- Responsible for full account management, including performance tracking, production optimization, conducting workshops, and resolving issues to achieve mutual performance objectives.
Project Management:
- Enhance products and capture new business opportunities such as Loyalty and marketing avenues to promote and drive new revenue streams.
- Coordinate with Trip.Biz internal teams, including client success, product, service, and marketing teams, to meet account expectations and maximize performance.
- Manage end-to-end projects to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet business enablement, operational excellence, and strategic transformation needs with hotel chain partners.
Financial Management:
- Oversee cost control measures and optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability.
- Analyze financial reports, identify issues and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and manage annual budgets for the region, ensuring financial targets are met.
Build Strategic Partnership/Relationship Management:
- Adopt a customer-centric approach in all activities. Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to enhance business collaboration.
- Conduct guest satisfaction surveys, gather feedback, and develop action plans for improvement.
- Maintain and improve guest satisfaction by addressing major customer complaints and issues.
- Initiate new regional projects and expedite global project progress to enhance brand awareness, business strategy, and product benefits for hotel chain partners.
- Take end-to-end ownership of new hotel chain acquisitions and existing hotel chain management, understand partners’ strategies and objectives, and contribute to account growth based on company strategy.
- Initiate, develop, and manage mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts (Global Chains) and facilitate discussions with senior executives regarding their business needs.
