WHAT’S THE JOB?

We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Global IT, Security & Compliance to lead our worldwide IT operations, cybersecurity, and compliance programs. In this high-impact role, you’ll define and execute our global IT roadmap, ensure data privacy and regulatory compliance, and build scalable, secure infrastructure to support evolving business needs.
Reporting directly to the CTO, this role is both strategic and hands-on—ideal for a leader who enjoys solving complex problems while managing global teams, vendor relationships, and mission-critical systems. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Legal, Finance, HR, Engineering, and Operations to ensure our IT practices are secure, aligned, and future-ready.
The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, a strong track record in IT security and governance, and a passion for building collaborative, efficient technology teams across borders.
